Terrible design - tablets are not held

You have to open the lid if your Separett tiny once and a while. Then this holder drops the tablet it supposed to hold.
Why it has not a lid that covers the tablet?

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the trouble with the tablet holder. Your input helps us improve, and we'll pass it on to the team. If you need further assistance, please contact us directly.
